What A Lovely Day!

Hey Everyone! Me Again. Well just to start off let me give you a update on my bowling scores for this week. On Sunday I bowled
1st game: 131
2nd game: 97
3rd game: 124

Now today tuesday I bowled
1st game: 127
2nd game: 130
and drum roll please
3rd game: 178 Oh Yeah!!!!
So overall I have had a pretty good bowling week if I most say so myself. Now my team on the Sunday Strikers league lost one bowler due to a hip replacement surgery, but we gained a new one this week Chris the retired Navy Seal. First of all this guy is huge his arms are the size of my head. He is a straight shooter and throws the ball like a rocket down the lanes. So he is a great addition to our team. And on Sunday as me and Chris were just chatting making conversation he told me about his 3 daughters. As we are talking a group of teenagers come walking into the bowling alley and one of the kids no older than 17 has a baby. We continue to talk about how kids are having babys younger and younger these days. I agreed kids are raising kids its scary. Chris goes on to tell me that he had his daughters on birth control since they were 12 years old. Ok I know some of you are probably grasping for air at that comment. But it made me think. There is all this debate on birth control and if schools should be allowed to have more in depth sex education or if school nurses should be able to hand out birth control and condoms to kids? All very interesting debates in my mind. But I think I believe it is not a bad idea to have girls on birth control as soon as possible. Now I do believe you should teach them good solid morals growing up and pray that they stick when they get older. Because in my mind everyone should wait on sex until either they are married or they are old enough to handle the emotions and change that sex brings and know in their heart that they are truly in love with the opposite sex. OK I am off my soap box now.

To End this all I just want to add that I watched a great movie this week License to Wed with Robin Williams, Mandy Moore, and John Krasinski. Now I want to mention that I really had no desire to watch this movie at first, but my friend Lisa talked me into it. And like always Lisa was right this movie made me laugh, cry, and dance. What more could you ask for from a movie. So I would recommend this movie to all my girls out there! OK everyone go and have a great week and I will catch you all another day!

A Little Behind!

Hey so I have been a little lazy these past couple of days and have not written one single blog. So bear with me this post is going to maybe be a long one. First of all I hope everyone's Thanksgiving was great and you all got full of yummy food and nice company. I know my day was amazing. I got to go have lunch with my boyfriend's family. I met his second brother for the first time very sweet. The food was amazing and to top it off me and my boyfriend took a 4 wheeler ride around his family's whole property. It was just beautiful wide open land. Trees are changing colors now and the day was just calm and gracious. After that I rushed back to my house to have dinner with my family and this was the first time I got to introduce a boyfriend to my whole family. I was a little afraid of how my sisters would treat him but everything went well. Everyone thought he was a very sweet fine young man. :-).

Then on Saturday, I got to go bowling with my Dad, sister Susan, and brother in law Joe. It was a blast! I had not gotten to bowl with my family in such a long time. Susan actually took the high score and scored a 190. Just amazing! But overall I won 2 and my dad won 2. I rushed home and took a hot shower to get the smell of smoke off me and headed up to see my boyfriend. It was nice just to crash and hang out with him. Overall the whole day was amazing bowling and just a full day of new experiences. I couldn't have asked for a better Saturday.

Last, I must say that my brother in law Joe is the best. He is a very talented musician and he had the chance to work on a movie called Land of Confusion. He did all the music for the movie and I believe helped out with the engineering part. So I have been super excited to see the finished movie and Joe had promised to bring it with him when him and Susan came down for Thanksgiving. Well they got 45min down the road and realized he forgot it. I was a little sad to hear this but then Joe being his cool self got his friend to mail it down to us. How great is Joe!!!
Well if you want to see more about this film go to

http://zerechakfilms.com/

and check it out. I believe it is going to be a great movie. So cross your fingers and pray that it gets into some of the film festivals and does well. Also if you want to see more of what my great brother n law Joe does check out his site at

Hell Has Frozen Over!

Well what do you know hell has frozen over, I cleaned my upstairs rooms and bathroom. If I didn't I think my mom and dad would have killed me. But I have to be honest it is nice to have my upstairs all clean and organized. I even made a point to some what organize my craft area. I want to get more serious about making my bracelets, necklaces, and earrings and a clean area will make it so much easier. So I was thinking about the Thanksgiving Day that lays ahead of me. I will be honest I am a little nervous about going to my boyfriends house and introducing him to my whole family. I absolutely love his parents and brother they are so nice. I can't wait to meet his older brother also for the first time. As for my family I am just worried that my sisters and one of my brother in laws will eat him alive. OK, so maybe i am over reacting. I know that everyone will love him because he is a great guy, I mean he is smart enough to be dating me lol. That just made me laugh, But truely I am just excited to have someone great to bring to my family's holiday dinner. So to everyone out there I hope your Thanksgiving Day goes great and don't worry about if your house is clean enough or your food perfect enough just remember the real reason of the day being thankful for all the loved ones in your life and enjoying each other's company. Til Next Time, Much LOVE!

And then the designer in me decided to make a business card. So here it is, I love pink and lately really been digging polka dots. But I finished up online and took a quick shower and got dressed and went to the post office. A litte nervous is a under statement I wasn't sure if I should get the bubble envelope at Walgreens ( the place where my boyfriend works) or the post office. I am lazy so I choice the post office so I would only have one stop to make. I enter the post office and there is a whole big wall of stuff and none of it I am really sure about. But I manage to find the bubble enevolope I needed and then I walk one way and then the other and realize I had to pay at the little old ladies counter that sells odds and ends in the post office its a little strange. But got it paid 20 cents :-). Then I not so quickly got my bracelets to slide into the package: note to self may be a good idea to get a bigger enevelope next time.
